Storage and Usage
Keep refrigerated. Do not freeze.
Whey separation is normal, and indicates live, active culture. Once opened, consume within 7 days.
Burp the bottle, shake it well and pour the required volume out. Start with 20-25ml/day, then increase as per preference.
