GENERAL INFORMATION
All orders are subject to product availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but in the event of stock discrepancy, we may not be able to fulfil all your items at time of purchase. In such a case, we will fulfil the available products to you, and will contact you to check whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund for that item. The refund amount will be processed to your original method of payment.
Please note, currently we do not offer COD option.
DELIVERY LOCATION
Note: Currently, all items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Bangalore. Any shipments outside of Bangalore are not available at this time. Rest assured; we are actively working on to cover more locations!
Shipping Policy
- Delivery Timelines: Orders are normally delivered within 2-5 business days (excluding Sundays and Holidays), unless there is a stock out. If the order contains Kefir or Kefir based products (like Cheese, Fruit Bowl), which are prepared fresh, we will let you know the exact delivery date. All products are delivered in one shipment.
- A small value order (less than Rs 500), will be delivered as part of pooled-in orders, within 3-5 business days.
- Prepaid ordered from non-serviceable areas: If your location falls outside our serviceable pin codes and no alternative shipping method is available, Pro Mojo reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original method of payment.
