Cancellations & Refunds
- You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it or before it has been shipped, by contacting us at 9844719027. If your order contains Kefir Cheese and the order has been confirmed by us, then unfortunately, we will not be able to cancel the order.
- Once approved, we will initiate your refund within 24 hours, and the amount will reflect in your original payment method within 3-5 working days.
- Please note: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
Returns and Replacements
- Due to the specialized temperature and packaging requirements for shipping products in glass bottles or jars, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or replacements based on taste preferences or sensory feedback. However, we greatly appreciate your feedback and are committed to addressing any concerns you may have. Please email us at info@promojo.in for further assistance.
- Only defective/damaged or incorrect products can be returned within 24 hours of delivery.
If your ordered products have arrived in a physically damaged or defective condition or are different from what was ordered, kindly share images/videos of the item along with the original packaging within 12 hours of delivery at info@promojo.in or 9844719027. We will promptly arrange for a replacement.
In case of a refund, the refund amount will be processed via RazorPay within 10 working days.
